Started in UK medicinal chemistry at Boots and BASF (Nottingham), then transitioned to the US through Abbott / AbbVie's Worcester immunology engine eventually moving from chemistry into program leadership and clinical development.

Past decade in Boston-area biotech leadership at SAGE (CNS), Flexion (pain/MSK), EQRx (oncology/immunology), and now VP Clinical Strategy at Celldex Therapeutics (oncology/immunology antibodies).
